Richard Vrana is the Vice President of Business Development at ExpertPEO.
Richard began his PEO career at Paychex in 2020, where he spent over four years advising businesses on payroll, HR, and employee benefit solutions. He joined ExpertPEO in 2025, bringing with him deep expertise in the PEO industry and a strong focus on client needs.

He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Marist College, where he was a four-year starter for their Division I baseball team.
