Kyle has a rich history across industries and businesses. From corporations to nonprofit, white-collar, and blue-collar companies, he has worked with organizations of all sizes. From companies with one employee to those with thousands, Kyle has supported their operations, benefits, and compliance needs.
Kyle worked and consulted in operations and sales/fundraising in the corporate and nonprofit industries for 20 years. He brought that experience to NFP in June 2014, beginning in benefits as a broker. In 2020, as Practice Leader, Kyle built the PEO Center of Excellence (COE) at NFP. The COE was created to educate NFP employees, clients, and prospects on the value of working with a PEO.
He partnered with PEOs to evaluate benefits and services for NFP’s client base and maintained those relationships to ensure services and standards remained strong throughout the life of each client partnership.
In December 2025, Kyle moved to ExpertPEO as Director of Client Service. He brings his years of experience and industry partnerships to the team.
